Everest has been working with Management Team Consultants, Inc. (MTC) since 1997. His responsibilities include training, project management and program design. He managed the development of MTC's online interview tools and an online learning course.

He has a degree in Communications with honors from UC Santa Barbara and has taken classes at SFSU Multimedia Studies Program to further his skills in web design.

He has also been actively involved in community service, teaching computer and web classes for seniors.
